trey turns 6!

it is 9 a.m. and trey is still sleeping...

i think that means he had a good birthday.



he had a water balloon fight, treasure hunt,

and played a "throw the cupcake at trey's dad game."




my husband was a very good sport.
he had no clue he would be doing this...it was great.



all of the kids got to take a few chances at swirling their cupcakes in a pan of frosting and then taking a shot at trey's dad.

they loved it!



these hanging balloons were a hit...but didn't last the whole night.

a superhero birthday

i can't believe my little man is 5!

he has been talking about his birthday for months.

it was his very first friends party.

each guest had to complete an obstacle course to enter the party.

we even made baby liam participate.

all the kids came dressed as their favorite superhero.

this little brynn stole the show as cat woman.

lucy's favorite superhero is snow white :o)

my sister-in-law emily made these awesome superhero water bottles.

i got these superhero rings at a local cake and candy shop, as well as the cupcake holder.
