HALLOWEEEEEEEEEEN

Our Halloween started off with Trey making a trip for his mom to the neighbors to borrow some salt, so I could make breakfast. It is finally starting to pay off to have kids. I didn't want to get my hair wet...so I sent little man. He was so cute with his PJ's, rain boots, & umbrella. He won't go anywhere without it since the rain started.

Why do moms think they are cool when they make food into various Holiday shapes? I don't know why...but I think I am the rock star mom of the century when I do it

We headed down to Grandmas and Grandpas for dinner. They had a very spooky dinner prepared for us...and I loved it! I think the kids did too!

It took two of us to get Lucy's costume on! Good heavens is she a stubborn one. Not as stubborn as her mama. I said "Lucy you will be a princess if you want any candy."

We finally got it on her, but we couldn't mention how pretty she looked in it because she would glare at us and shriek a very high pitched sound of annoyance.

Here they are...Snow White & Dashiell Robert "Dash" Parr .

Lucy is snuggling right up to those muscles.

She slowly warmed up to her costume....

after she got a lot of candy...

she pulled this Shirley Temple pose to show she was a happy girl again.

This is a picture of Trey and his very cool Grandpa. I bet your Grandpa didn't look like this on Halloween.

We slicked Trey's hair back to look like Dash. He asked us about 100 times that night if his hair still looked like Dashiell. He would barely even move his head around so he wouldn't mess it up. Funny kid!
