last minute costume for your little darlin'

This is a little costume I made for my friends little 4 month old baby. I love the way this turned out. Ha ha! I laugh every time I see it.

(Here are instructions for the tutu)

and here's how to make the onesie....

I had some felt in my craft closet so I cut it into the shape of a bat.
Pinned it where I wanted it.

Next, I did a zigzag stitch the entire way around. A straight stitch would work as well.

I also had these funny little googly eyes from a craft I had done awhile ago with Trey. I glued them on with some fabric glue.

Put some little tights and a sweater with this costume and you'll have yourself the cutest little bat ever.

You are killing me. Everyday you have a new fun craft idea. You'd better write a book & then talk about it on Oprah. I'm not kidding.

Hi I'm getting ready to try this. I was wondering did you attach it to the shirt or onesie?
Thanks, I love all your great ideas!

OMW what are you using under the onesie to sew on the top and not sew the two sides together!? I've always done it the hard way! Can you e-mail me!? Ruthymunsey@gmail.com
