So last night Trey as being a little stinker, yelling at me and carrying on. He was tired and I felt bad for the kid. He was sitting on the floor in the family room so I went and sat down right next to him. I got really close to him and said "Trey when you yell at me and are mean to me I feel really sad inside." He got this really concerned look on his face and said "do you feel sad outside too?" "What about in the garage?" I died laughing. I called Travis and told him the story. We talked about how sometimes we think they are getting what we are saying but a lot of times I think they just have no clue what we are talking about.

Trey is a deep thinker. Deeper than any of us ever imagined. What a funny little guy. I read that 10 minutes ago and I'm still cracking up.
