So here you are! This is for an infant size onesie.
For a toddler, just print and copy it bigger on a copy machine.

Instead of doing 2 steps of cutting out the fabric and the wonder under, just iron the fabric to the wonder under and cut it all out at once! Also keeps your iron from getting gummed up if you don't place the wonder under perfectly straight under the fabric. Been there, done that...
